Why practice meditation?
Meditation is practised in many ways by different people and different cultures. Instead of thinking about meditation as an eastern or western practice, we think it’s a spiritual practice. Something that everyone has at their disposal and can perform almost everywhere.
Being spiritual simply means listening to our hearts and soul. When we do this, we become connected to something that is infinite and everlasting. This is the essence of our Being.
Mind out of the Way
Unfortunately, our minds cannot and never will understand this concept.
Moreover, you can only truly connect to your Being when your mind is still, only then will you be able to feel and connect to your Being.
How to get Started
So how do we get to feel our Being, become connected to our truest nature, our deepest self?
